Zoya Aurora + Striping Tape Accent

Hey everyone!

It's been a little bit of a break for me...hopefully I can pick things back up again!

Here is a recent mani of mine. Zoya Aurora is super gorgeous. Also, if you are loving this sort of holo finish keep an eye out for  LA Girl's newest line! They have a bunch of new polishes that just came out with a finish identical to this one.

I did a quick accent with some silver striping tape. Very futuristic!

Thanks for sticking around through my hiatus. :)

Kiss Nail Dress Strips in Bustier

Good morning!

Just a quick post to show you guys some nail strips I wore recently. They are from the Kiss Nail Dress line. Overall I really like these. They applied easily and I was able to find good fits for each of my nails.   You can probably see that there are some folds at the edges that I couldn't completely smooth out. I seem to have that issue with most nail strips I try.

This design is called Bustier and it's a set of skittles strips that all coordinate. I like these as an easy way to add nail art and even some bling!

In terms of lasting power, I only kept these on for about 24 hours because I can't help but pick at them, but it definitely took some effort to get them off because of how sticky the adhesive is. That leads me to believe that they would last a decent amount of time.

Have you guys tried these nail strips before?

Sation Marie Antoinette/ Candylandia Swatches

Hey guys!

It's been a little while...my energy and drive for blogging hasn't been the same since being pregnant. Boo.

Today, I have some swatches from the Sation collections Candylandia and Miss Antoinette. Let's take a look!

First are polishes from Miss Antoinette.

This is Delete Your Junk Male. A strawberry red jelly with a subtle red shimmer.

Guillotine Grape is a dark purple jelly with a subtle shimmer.

Love at First Byte is a pretty neutral jelly. It's a little sheer but in a dainty way. My nails are a bit stained so it didn't have the pretty effect on me. haha

And for some Candylandia swatches!

Plenty of Frogs is one of my faves. I love this shade of green, and the shimmer is to die for.

Super Nail-tural Powers is a blue leaning purple "crelly" (creme/jelly hybrid).

And finally, I'm so Ogre It. A medium gray jelly.

I am loving all the jelly finishes! I can never get enough squishy-ness. :P

The formula for all of these was fantastic. I highly recommend Sation for quality, variety, as well as amazing price (most polishes are just $5).

Tell me your thoughts on these!

*Polish was sent for review in exchange for my honest opinions.

Pastel Skittles + D&R Apothecary Lotsa Dotsa

Halfway through the week! That's an accomplishment in my book. :)

Today's mani is a colorful one. I did a pastel skittles look that just screams spring (I am so over winter already!).

Polishes used: China Glaze Peachy Keen, Kleancolor Pastel Yellow, Coastal Scents Lilypad, and Kleancolor Pastel Blue. I used OPI Pink Friday on my thumb, which didn't make it into these pics unfortunately.

When I do a skittles look, sometimes I like to tie it all together with a glitter topper on all the fingers. This time I used Lotsa Dotsa from D&R Apothecary. This is such a fun glitter!

Are you guys dying for springtime yet?

OPI Can't Let Go + China Glaze Elephant Walk

Hi polish lovers!

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

I got the mini set of the OPI Mariah Carey Liquid Sands for my anniversary a while back and the first one I decided to wear was Can't Let Go. I was really surprised at how much I loved the finish of the liquid sand...and it seems like this trend is only getting started (can't wait to get my hands on all the Zoyas)! I did an accent nail with striping tape and China Glaze Elephant Walk. I wish I would have had the patience to do all my nails like that because it's so cute!

What are you guys thinking about all the sand-type finish polishes coming out?
