Morning readers!
This is something I have never shown you before. Dried flowers as nail art. The idea was intriguing. The set I used was from Born Pretty, which if you haven't guessed by now, is one of my favorite places for all things nails! So here is a pic from their website of the flowers. There are multiples of each in a container.
I have shown you this polish before here. I love this color! I chose to use an assortment of pink flowers to compliment the purple polish. These flowers are very delicate...so be careful when handling them! These were applied by sticking them in a little wet topcoat and pressing them down with an orange stick. I wouldn't recommend a fast dry top coat either, because this will tear up the flowers.
These are a fun way to dress up a mani a little bit. Just have some patience with how delicate they are ( I know I wasn't haha).
These are $7.08 for the set. Sally Beauty sells these for around $3 for one container, so these are a great deal! It can be made even better by using code AMBERL73 for 10% off! :)
That's all the Born Pretty I have for you for a little while. Thanks for reading and your comments make my day! <3

Wow, this is really pretty. You did a great job with them!
ReplyDeleteThose are super pretty! What kind of wear time did you get with them?
ReplyDeleteSuper cute!
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies!
ReplyDelete@Maria- Depends on the topcoat and how they were applied...maybe 2 days. I know you can also cure them in UV gel and they won't go anywhere!
