OPI Thanks a Windmillion + Nail Art

Hi everyone! It's almost Friday and I can't wait!! I have also been having some pain when I move one of my eyes and I am thinking it's eyestrain or that I need a different prescription for that eye? Have any of you experienced this? I go to the eye doctor Saturday morning, but it's so annoying to deal with!

Anyway...on to what you are really here for...the nails! My base polish for today's look is OPI Thanks a Windmillion, a dusty mint creme. I love mint, so I love this! This is was 2 coats, but it almost covered in one.

So I may have gotten carried away with this nail art. haha I had a look in mind, but I feel like the pearls might have taken over. I do like the pink and mint color combo, but I ended up doing only one hand because I didn't want my nails to look ridiculous. haha Maybe it's because my nails are short? I dunno.

The glitter is NYX Girls Dreamy Glitter. Most of the stars placed themselves pretty well, but I did use tweezers to place a few more on each nail.

Part of me likes this and part of me doesn't. What do YOU think?  :)

  2. I like it! I think it's whimsical. I love the whole Holland Collection. I am slowly assembling the entire thing and so far I only need 5 more to complete it. I can't wait for their new collection to come out which will be based of the NYC Ballet

  3. Honestly, at first glance I thought it wasn't cute. Then I kind of liked it. It looks like something Ariel would wear. Mermaid-ish. :)

  5. A tad over the top :P but it's a super cute design and by no means a fail. And I'm all for Pink and minty green. It reminds me of a Barbie book i had when i was little!

  6. I think it's a really fun nail art! I probably wouldn't wear something that.... textured? everyday, but I'm sure there are occasions where it would be totes appropriate :-)

  8. I am not sure I like it. The colors are pretty, but I think maybe using the pearls in a different way would be better. I also am not a huge fan of the glitter. XD (I'm just being honest, I love the rest of your posts though!) <3

  10. I really am liking this color. I held off getting the Zoya spring True collection because I had heard early on there were some dead on dupes between it and OPI HOlland. This is one that is got a kissing cousin in Zoya Bevin. Slight differences, but not enough to need to own both.

  11. Such a beautiful color! Yes, I feel you on the eye strain. After a couple of years I can always tell when I need new glasses. It's always one eye more than the other. It kinda feels like a headache inside my eye. It also gets that way when I don't get enough sleep for several days. Hope you feel better soon!
